Can't join Discord

I tried Dm fragmento bot with join and id and all but it doesn't seems like there is anything happening .
bot with message Your request has been saved and will be processed soon. Your role will be added automatically if you have set your discord id correctly and you have a valid license. Thank you.
Is there something I am missing ? anyone can assist joining discord ?
