Fragment

Hi so i bought a new pc, about 4 days ago and also wanted to keep using the fragment mod menu on the new pc, but when i wanted to turn it on it showed me the message "Throttled. HWID mismatch" never had something like this before but still i still don't want to lose account or key because I did not share the account with anyone. Please help
